As this is a small amount craft store, there are no return or refund are available, unless the item you received isn't what you ordered by my mistake, or damaged during shipping.

Shipping

1) All packages have a tracking number.

For some countries will be able to track the package all the way until it's delivered to you.

But for some, you won't be able to track if after it's shipped out from Korea.
You'll have to contact your countries or local post office to find its whereabouts.

2) It isn't confirmed delivery like EMS. Most likely it'll deliver on your doorstep or post box.
When the packaged is not delivered in the expected period, please check with your local post office. In some cases, they have it and not delivered.

If you feel it's late than usual, please contact me and your post office.
